A Taste Encounter: Jordan and Sicily

On Wednesday, May 28, 2025, at 8:00 PM, La Foresteria Wine Resort in Menfi will host Incontro di Sapori: Jordan and Sicily, a four-hands dinner featuring Resident Chef Angelo Pumilia and Chef Sara Aqel, a young Jordanian-Palestinian talent and head chef at Dara Dining in Amman.

This exclusive evening celebrates the union of two ancient culinary cultures—Sicily and Jordan—through a dialogue that blends traditions, techniques, and ingredients from both countries, creating a sensory journey inspired by their shared Mediterranean identity.
It will be an opportunity to discover the personal visions of the two chefs, capable of bringing together places, stories and flavors in a contemporary and evocative experience.
