Winery Hospitality Staff

Location: Noto (SR), Sicily
Main Responsibilities:
At Planeta Buonivini Winery in Noto (SR), we are looking for a team member to join our Hospitality Team. The waiter/waitress will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, serving food and beverages, and communicating effectively with guests to ensure a memorable winery experience.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in the Food & Beverage sector and table service
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry (preferred)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Intermediate/advanced knowledge of English related to restaurant service; additional languages are a plus
  • Ability to work effectively within a team, including during busy periods
  • Knowledge of Sicilian cuisine and wines
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Wine-related courses or certifications (preferred)
