On February 13th, we flew to New York as guests of De Gustibus Cooking School by Miele, one of the most prestigious cooking schools in the United States. With FROM SICILY WITH LOVE: AN EVENING WITH PLANETA ESTATE, our chef Angelo Pumilia brought the scents and flavors of La Foresteria Ristorante to an audience of industry professionals, journalists, and influencers, in the grand setting of the famous and historic Macy’s.
The theory of bruschettas, soups, caponatas, and desserts, paired with Paneta wines, won over everyone. Conveying the idea of Sicilian cuisine reinterpreted in a contemporary light. For 44 years, De Gustibus Cooking School by Miele has been an ambassador of good cuisine in the States and the stage for events involving the most important gastronomic experts in the world. And we are honored to have inaugurated, with our event, a new exciting season.
