La Foresteria’s restaurant welcomes you with food encompassing both tradition and creativity, honouring the territory and the recipes of Casa Planeta. Our chef Angelo Pumilia offers dishes which are interpretations of valuable family traditions as well as their contemporary reworking where the study of quality raw materials is matched with their seasonal arrival to produce a quality table.
