At La Foresteria we can provide surprise themed wine tasting events, arranged exclusively for guests, which accompany the four -course menu. We explore terroirs and varietals with a dynamic approach. The extensive wine list provides all the Planeta wines and their best vintages, a selection choice from Planeta of wines coming from Sicily and the rest of the world, it’s a special list with 50 wines from the most esteemed and rare labels of the family cellar .

Cooking lessons are held in the beating heart of Planeta’s resort, the great tiled kitchen with a view of the dining room and the terrace, perhaps the most convivial space in the resort.
A member of the Planeta team will always be present at the lessons to introduce and describe one of the ancient family recipes with entertaining historic and gastronomic stories linked to the area.
The lessons are themed. The theme is generally linked to the season when the course takes place.
